WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I USE?

CurlyAngelPrints accepts the following payment methods:
Credit Card: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, JCB, Visa Electron. The total will be charged to your card when the order is shipped.
CurlyAngelPrints features a Fast Checkout option, allowing you to securely save your credit card details so that you don’t have to re-enter them for future purchases.
PayPal: Shop easily online without having to enter your credit card details on the website. Your account will be charged once the order is completed. To register for a PayPal account, visit the website paypal.com.

WHAT ARE YOUR STORE’S SHIPPING POLICIES?

CurlyAngelPrints currently only sells digital files. No physical item(s) will be sent to your address. Order is for digital file only. It does not include printing, framing or accessories. No print will be mailed to your address

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS?

Due to the nature of digital products ALL SALES ARE FINAL. I do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have any issues with your order contact me and we will get it taken care of. 

DO YOU TAKE CUSTOM/PERSONALIZED ORDERS?

Unfortunately, I am not able to accept custom orders at this time. However, feel free to send me your suggestion(s) and I will add them to my list for future releases.

HOW DO I PRINT THE ARTWORK?

You can print the files at home using a high-quality printer or take them to your local printer lab.
Uploading to an online printing site is the best choice to obtain great quality. You can try doing a quick google search for “online printing” and see which options are available in your area. For the US; mpix.com and shutterfly.com are the most common.

WHAT TYPE OF PAPER SHOULD I USE?

I recommend a high quality cardstock paper with the following characteristics (in order of importance)
– Heavyweight
– Matte
– Super white (natural white)
– Smooth surface
– Acid and lignin free
*You should check your printer settings and adjust paper accordingly. This way the paper won’t get stuck inside your printer.

WHY DOES THE COLOR LOOK DIFFERENT ON THE PRINTOUT THAN IT DOES ON MY SCREEN?

All viewing devices are different so please keep in mind that colors may vary in person versus the colors viewed on you device.
Any gold foil, metallic or glitter added to the design is faux. No actual glitter or foil will be present on your item. Real foil and glitter tend to wear off after several washes so this actually extends the life of your product.

WHAT ARE THE TERMS OF USE?

All prints are for personal use only. You are welcome to print as many copies as you like for yourself. The designs cannot be used for any commercial purpose or resold, copied or modified either in print or digital form.

WHAT ARE THE RESTRICTIONS OF USE?

You CANNOT do the follwing:

1. Share my products with anyone. This includes family members or sharing online.
2. Resell my products
3. Claim my products as your own
4. Use my products to create clipart
5. Use my products to create digital scrapbooking kits
6. Use my products to sell on Zazzle, Snapfish, stock photo websites, photo card/book websites or any other websites where you upload art and create and ship to the client without any creative involvement by you.
